Start-up of the new, 4th SMT assembly line

With the true contempt we would like to inform our actual and possible customers, that we have purchased and implemented new (fourth) SMT assembly line. New line, in accordance with the previous investments, has been configured on the basis of the most renowned suppliers (Siemens, DEK, ERSA etc.). Fourth line will considerably increase TSTRONIC’s production capacity and together with other machines will create one of the most advanced machine parks in Poland.
ERSA REWORK STATION purchase

As TSTRONIC is constantly extending the range of services, we have decided to purchase the new manipulator ERSA REWORK STATION IR/PL 550. It is one of the most common and efficient manipulators available on the market. IR/PL550 offers a great flexibility, which allows the operator to easily assemble and mount the most complicated SMT elements.
The annual assembly lines maintenance

The annual maintenance of assembly lines has taken place during the seasonal leave (14-25 July) in TSTRONIC. All the Siemens Pick & Place assembling machines have been put through check-up and maintenance.

Start-up of the new, 3rd SMT assembly line

According to the previous announcement, TSTRONIC has completed the new SMT assembly line, dedicated to prototype and short batch production. The purchase of the new line will increase TSTRONIC’s service flexibility. Moreover it will provide possibilities of shorter lead times and lower prices for pilot and prototype batches.

Beschaffung von einer neuen SMT -Bestückung Anlage

Am 15. Februar dieses Jahres wurde beschlossen, dass wir ein neues Pick&Place Automat von Siemens SIPLACE CF kaufen. Diese Entscheidung hat das Prozess von Zusammensetzung einer neuen SMT- Anlage für die Prototypen- und Testserienfertigung eingeleitet.
Umzug an die neue Adresse

Am 15. Januar 2007 fing eine neue Etappe in der Betriebsgeschichte an. In einem neuen Gebäude mit der Gesamtfläche von über 4.000 m2 wurde das Produktionsprozess in Betrieb gesetzt. Vorhin wurden die Maschinen kalibriert, ausprobiert und die Anlagen und Geräte technisch abgenommen.
Inbetriebnahme der neuen SMT-Bestückungslinie
2006-10-27In der neu erbauten Produktionshalle wurde eine moderne, automatische Fertigungsstraße für die SMT-Bestückung in Betrieb genommen, die die Steigerung der Leistungsfähigkeit der Betriebsstätte auf bis zu 15 Mio. SMD-Bauteile monatlich ermöglicht.
